- Credits are consumed when you generate or transform visual content

- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

- Lifetime plans provide ongoing access to LensGo AI services
- Monthly credit allocations apply to lifetime plans
- Lifetime access is subject to the continued operation of the service
- You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and videos you provide as input
- You own the AI-generated visual content created through your account
- You grant LensGo AI a license to process your inputs for content generation and transformation
- Content generated with LensGo AI can be used commercially
- No watermarks are added to generated content (subject to your subscription tier)
- No attribution to LensGo AI is required for commercial use
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- You may not use LensGo AI to generate content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Depicts real individuals without their consent
- Is intended to deceive or defraud others
- Violates our Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use LensGo AI for any unlawful purpose
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Create deepfakes or misleading media of real people without proper disclosure
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models

- Resell access to LensGo AI without authorization
- Use automated systems to abuse our services
- Interfere with the operation of our platform
- Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- LensGo AI and its AI models are our proprietary technology
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or technology
- LensGo AI is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

- Processing times may vary based on server load and content complexity
